There will be temporary road closures along Beach Road and Parliament Place for the upcoming National Gallery Light to Night Festival 2019. As such, SMRT Bus Service 961 will experience temporary diversions along Beach Road and Parliament Place at the following times:
- Friday, 25 January 2019, 4.00pm to Saturday, 26 January 2019, 1.00am
- Saturday, 26 January 2019, 4.00pm to Sunday, 27 January 2019, 1.00am
- Friday, 1 February 2019, 4.00pm to Saturday, 2 February 2019, 1.00am
- Saturday, 2 February 2019, 4.00pm to Sunday, 3 February 2019, 1.00am
