  7. Tenants are required to install a strainer at their floor trap in their unit and maintain on a regular basis subject to Landlord's satisfaction.
  8. Tenants are required to provide own kitchen exhaust hood (for F&B units) including extending of kitchen exhaust and make-up air ducts to their enclosed kitchen area.
  9. For units that are not equipped with exhaust and grease trap, cooking is strictly not allowed in the premises.
  10. For take-away concept, only sale of pre-packed food and drinks are allowed (with no seating capacity). Cooking and preparation of food is strictly prohibited.
  11. Tenants are required to apply for The Eco Shop Label certification program where Tenants are required to undertake an audit test at their own cost and expense.
  12. Adjoining units at Ang Mo Kio, Dhoby Ghaut, Jurong East and Tanjong Pagar MRT Stations may be amalgamated.

Payment Terms:

    1. Licence Fee: As above (subject to GST)
    2. Security Deposit: $1,000.00 (refundable)
    3. Administration Fee: $ 100.00 (per contract, non-refundable), subject to GST
  3. The Licence Fee shall be paid in full before commencement.
 
Notes:
  1. All rates are subject to GST at the prevailing rate
  2. Peak periods: January, June, July and December

  4. Operating hours are from 10am to 8pm (weekdays) and 10am to 3pm (weekends)

Cancellation:

There will be no refund of the Licence Fee or Administration Fee should there be any cancellation.

Flyer Distribution Points

Payment Terms:
Upon execution of the Licence Agreement, the Licensee has to pay the following:

  1. Depending on the type of distribution, rates for the licence fee are as follows: $20/$500 per hour per person (subject to GST at the prevailing rate)
  2. Administration Fee: $100 per booking (subject to GST at the prevailing rate)
  3. Security deposit: $500 per station (refundable)
  4. Payment has to be received not later than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the event
Notes:
  1. Minimum gross contract value : $400/$1,000
  2. All rates are subject to GST at the prevailing rates
  3. Confirmation of dates to be given at least 21 working days in advance
  4. Strictly no wet sampling
  5. Distribution activities are subject to approval
  6. Maximum 2 distributors per station
  7. All information and charges are subject to change without prior notice
Cancellation:
  1. There will be no refund of the Licence Fee and Administration Fee should there be any cancellation
  2. Should the event be terminated by SMRT and/or the authorities at any time prior or during the event, the Licence Fee shall be refunded on a pro-rated basis

Notes:

Bookings for the following main line (ML) stations will have to include a Circle Line station in the same booking:

Main line stations:

1.     Novena

2.     Pasir Ris

3.     Toa Payoh

4.     Yew Tee

5.     Yishun

6.     Woodlands

For a booking of 3 days or less in the above-mentioned stations, it has to be accompanied by at least 1 day in a Circle Line station. For a booking of more than 3 days (per 7 days) in the above-mentioned stations, it has to be accompanied by at least 3 days in a Circle Line station. For example, if you have a booking at Pasir Ris for 3 days, therefore you need to book 1 day at any Circle Line stations in the same contract.

1.     Minimum gross contract value : $700

2.     All rates are subject to GST at the prevailing rate

3.     Licensees have to apply for the necessary approval from relevant authorities and forward a copy for our reference before the event commences. E.g. SCDF, NEA, etc.

4.     Booking must be confirmed at least 21 days before the event (subject to SMRT and LTA’s approval).

5.     All information and charges are subject to change without prior notice

 

Payment Terms:

1.     Upon execution of the Licence Agreement, the Licensee has to pay the following:

a.    Licence Fee (subject to GST at the prevailing rate)

b.    Administration Fee (subject to GST at the prevailing rate)

c.    Security Deposit based on floor area per station (refundable)

2.     Payment has to be received not later than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the event.

 

Amendments after licence agreement is signed

Penalty Payable upon written notification:
<1 week - 40% of licence fee
<2 weeks - 30% of licence fee
<3 weeks - 20% of licence fee
≥ 3 weeks before event date: 10% of licence fee
In addition, an administration fee of $100 (excl. GST) will be levied.

 

Cancellation

1.     There will be no refund of the Licence Fee and Administration Fee should there be any cancellation.

2.     Should the event be terminated by SMRT and/or the authorities at any time prior or during the event, the Licence Fee shall be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
