I need to charter a bus on a short / long term basis. Can Bus-Plus provide this service?

Yes, we provide bus chartering solutions for both short and long term assignments. Your charters can be calculated based on number of hours or number of trips. Please contact us for rates and quotation.

I need to cancel or change the date / time / location of my booking. What is the notice period?

If you wish to change your charter service(s) after the booking(s) has been confirmed, the notice periods are as follows:

  • Weekday bookings: Four hours notice prior to the first pick up
  • Weekend or public holiday bookings: One working day notice
  • Each change is subjected to an administrative charge of $10.

    If you wish to cancel your charter after the booking has been confirmed, please send us an email one working day before the start date of the charter. If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hour notice, you will be billed the full amount of the charter.

    How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

    After receiving the details of your charter request, you will receive a ‘Booking Confirmation’ form. Please sign and return the form to us (via fax or email). Please click here to contact us. Upon receipt of your signed booking form, we will send you an acknowledgement email, confirming your booking.

    I need do display signage on my chartered bus. Can this be done?

    Yes, we can tailor signage (A3 size) to be placed on board your chartered service. Please send us the information Five working days before the start date of the charter. Kindly note that additional charges may apply if the quantity exceeds three copies per bus chartered. Please do highlight your signage requirements, during your reservation and we will advise on the costs accordingly.
