Mandatory Eligibility:

• Bizsafe Level 3 and above
• ISO9001 certification
• Tenderer or Sub-Contractor to have the below Pre-Requisite for the individual package:

Water Tank Recertification – PUB Licensed Plumber; and/or

           7-Yearly Repainting – BCA: CR09/General Builder; and/or

Building Minor Works – BCA: CW01/CR09/ General Builder; and/or

Lightning Protection + Lighting & Electrical Minor Work – BCA:ME05; and/or

High Level Cleaning – BCA: FM01/FM02.
