SNAP-REP Guide


Observed a technical issue on our trains or at our stations? Use our SNAP-REP (short for Snap and Report) to report it to us! 


All you have to do is:  
1. Snap photos of the defects on your phone  
2. Send the photos using WhatsApp to +65 9788 4398
3. In your message to us, please share the following details: 

  • On Board a Train

    • 4 or 5-digit train car number* (e.g. 3125) 
    • Date and time of occurrence (e.g. 7 Aug, 3pm) 
    • Description of defect (e.g. Defective air-conditioner) 

  • At a MRT Station
    • Station name (e.g. Sembawang MRT) 
    • Location (e.g. Platform) 
    • Date and time of occurrence (e.g. 7 Aug, 3pm) 
    • Description of defect (e.g. Lights not working)

    SNAP-REP is a one-way feedback channel and is available from 7.30am to 8.00pm daily.

*Train car numbers can be found on both ends of each train car.
