1. Interested Tenderers must attend a COMPULSORY Physical Tender Briefing and Site Visits as scheduled below and register for the briefing by sending the following details for eligibility verification: (i) CIDB and/or BCA qualification document; (ii) Company name and company registration document; (iii) person in charge; (iv) contact number; and (v) e-mail address (for the purpose of receiving the e-invitation) to SMRT Procurement, martinchee@smrt.com.sg and kohjieyangglenn@smrt.com.sg on or before 12pm, 27 April 2026.
2. Tenderers are required to register on SAP Ariba to participate in this event. Tenderers who do not meet the eligibility and qualification requirements, or who fail to submit the required documents within the stipulated time, shall not be invited to attend the Tender Briefing and Site Visits. The Tenderer’s representative attending the said Tender Briefing and Site Visits must be a qualified personnel with sound knowledge of the works and contract relating thereto and duly authorised by the Tenderer.

Participating Eligibility Criteria:

SMRT is gathering interest of eligible vendors to participate in this RFQ, to supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of four (4) solar powered wind anemometers, with associated mounting and accompanying software/app.
Eligible Vendor will be notified on the RFQ details.

Background
Climate change conditions resulting in more frequent drastic wind speed occurrences hence SMRT is undertaking to increase the capability to measure wind speed at several identified sectors. Further details will be made available to Eligible Vendors.

Scope of Works
Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of four (4) solar powered wind anemometers, with associated mounting and accompanying software/app. Vendor shall provide fully functional system ready for continuous unattended operation that meets the specification and requirements.
