Shariffah Faizah Bte Syed Ibrahim, Senior Manager, RTS Operations has been with SMRT for over 25 years. Her career has been marked by diverse experiences across seven departments, including operations, corporate communications, planning and development across SMRT.
Starting as a diploma-holder, she pursued a part-time degree while balancing work, family, and school commitments. Encouraged by supportive bosses and mentors, she successfully navigated her career path, including an overseas assignment in Dubai that elevated her skills to new heights. Shariffah's dedication and the collaborative and supportive culture at SMRT, ensures the delivery of world-class public transport services for Singapore and beyond.
