Sng Eng Tiong, Chief Bus Captain is a seasoned bus veteran with over 12 years of experience at SMRT. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to continuous learning and growth, attending numerous courses provided by SMRT. Safety is of utmost importance to Eng Tiong; he invests time in ensuring the safety of commuters, colleagues, and himself.
His journey has equipped him with skills beyond driving, including mentoring, rostering, and dispatching. As a Union leader, he provides constructive feedback to the Management, advocating for the welfare and concerns of his fellow bus captains. Eng Tiong's commitment and leadership make him an invaluable asset to SMRT and the community he serves.
