SMRT Learning Journey Volunteer | • Assist commuters with system map, assist on the usage of TUK machines, and help commuters with wayfinding matters • Share about the roles and responsibilities of the station staff/bus captain • Learn about the inclusive features in the station/bus interchanges • Volunteer and participate in Adopt-A-Station/Adopt-An-Interchange programme | 2 hours training + 2-3 volunteering hours |
Caring Commuter Workshop for Public | • Perform role-play and experiential demonstration to help commuters with different types of disabilities • How to use 4 Gives and 3As to assist fellow commuters • Be caring commuter champion after the workshop | 3 hours training |
Go-To SMRT Service Associate | • Perform assistance to commuters with different disabilities • Interact with public and support Station staff with crowd control • Support special needs to travel safely and confidently on public transport through familiarisation • Orientate Person-in-Wheelchair on his/her travel route through familiarization tour | 1 hour training + 2-3 volunteering hours |
