SMRT wins UITP Marketing Campaign Award 2021 with Go-To SMRT

SMRT had the honour of testing, certification, auditing and advisory services, focusing on safety, security and sustainability solutions.

The certificate is the result of an impartial and systematic assessment of the company’s anti-bribery function, conducted by an external auditor. It is awarded to companies that are capable of producing material evidence of a substantial system that supports anti-bribery.

SMRT’s achievement affirms our commitment to a high level of integrity and transparency in our operations.inning the UITP Marketing Campaign Award 2021 for Go-To SMRT, a project which expands our services beyond providing daily transport, to include wayfinding, first aid, locating missing persons, assisting commuters with dementia, and more. Through this project, SMRT strives to enhance the overall commuting experience of our commuters and build affinity with the community which we are a part of. We are heartened by this recognition and will continue to deliver quality valued-added services to our commuters and the public.

UITP (Union Internationale des Transports Publics) is the International Association of Public Transport, a non-profit advocacy organisation that connects public transport stakeholders. The Award is a recognition of the creativity, originality, and innovation that Go-To SMRT has made to Singapore’s public transport system.
