Group Chief Audit Officer
Ms Grace Kwok heads the SMRT’s Internal Audit Division, which reviews the adequacy and effectiveness of the Group’s system of internal controls, including financial and operational compliance, IT controls, and risk management systems.
Ms Kwok has more than 25 years of audit experience. Before joining SMRT, she was the Group Head, Risk and Assurance at ST Engineering where she oversaw the Group’s Governance, Risk and Compliance frameworks. Prior to that, she was the Group Head, Internal Audit where she built the audit function and capabilities. She has also worked for the Big 4 accounting firms.
Ms Kwok holds a Master of Business Administration from Imperial College, London. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
