SMRT was honoured to recently host our guests from Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, led by Mr. Abu-Bakar Idzqandar. We had fruitful and insightful sharing sessions on safety, security and sustainability.
We shared how Kaizen has become the cornerstone of SMRT’s culture, and the paramount importance of safety in every of our daily operations. Through visits to our depots, our guests had the opportunity to experience our virtual reality training, witness Kaizen for safety projects in our workshops as well as learn about our enhanced bus telematics system.
The delegates’ visit concluded with an interaction session with Chairman SMRT Mr. Seah Moon Ming and GCEO Mr. Ngien Hoon Ping.
